Trading Metrics is responsible for this website. Contact: contact@tradingcalculated.com.
2. Calculations stay on your device
All calculations run locally in your browser. The numbers you type — account balances, prices, trade results, pasted price data — are not sent to our servers and are not included in analytics.
3. What is stored on your device
To remember your preferences we use your browser's local storage for:
- your colour theme and sidebar preference;
- calculators you starred as favourites and the ones you used recently.
- trades you add in the Trade Analyzer, with its settings (starting balance, currency, contract multiplier).
This data stays on your device, is only used to provide the features you asked for, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
4. Shared links
Calculator inputs are reflected in the page address so you can bookmark or share a setup. When you use the share menu, links contain your inputs only if you switch on “Include my current inputs”. Anyone with such a link can see those values, so avoid sharing figures you consider private.
5. Hosting and server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs to deliver the Site and keep it secure. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and calculators are used and how visitors find us (for example from a search engine). We only send which calculator or feature was used — never the numbers you enter. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 2 years) that let it recognise a returning browser. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not combine this data with anything that identifies you.
In the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some other regions, these cookies are used only after you click “Accept” in the banner; until then, and after “Decline”, Google receives only cookieless measurements without identifiers. Elsewhere they are on by default. To change your choice at any time, use . We store your choice in a cookie named tc-consent (1 year), and the country and region we detect from your connection in a session cookie named tc-geo, which contains only a country and region code.
7. Third-party sites
Share buttons and links (for example to social networks or Trading Metrics) only contact those services when you click them. Their privacy policies then apply.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we don't collect calculator data or accounts, we usually hold no personal data about you. Contact us at contact@tradingcalculated.com with any request.
