TradingCalculated offers free trading calculators, simulations and educational content. No account is required. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
3. Educational use only
The Site provides general information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The Financial disclaimer forms part of these terms. You use calculation results at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to mislead others, including presenting results as guaranteed or as personal advice.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not remove or obscure disclaimers when sharing screenshots or results from the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may link to any page and share results and links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying or republishing substantial parts of the content requires our written permission. Mathematical formulas themselves are not owned by anyone.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that results will meet your requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data and indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
